Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Every order is packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Complimentary shipping on all orders over $150.
- United States — $8 flat, 2–5 business days.
- International — from $22, 6–12 business days. Duties & taxes calculated at checkout where available.
- You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves the clubhouse.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you in the right piece and the right size. Returns are simple, and we handle them personally.
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Sizing exchanges are free within the US — we'll send the right size as soon as the first is on its way back.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
- Gloves, socks, and final-sale pieces are exempt for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

What makes Pepper Ridge different?
We are designed by golfers, and we build to a standard rather than to a price — heavier cloth, better mills, and construction details you feel rather than see. Every piece carries a lifetime guarantee against faults in materials or workmanship.
Something I want is out of stock — will it return?
Almost always, yes. Core pieces are restocked as soon as the next production run lands. Use the "Email me when it's back" form on the product page and we'll write to you the moment it does.
How should the pieces fit?
True to size with a slightly relaxed, considered cut. See the Size Guide for full measurements.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care notes are printed on every product page under "Fabric & Care." As a rule: cold wash, inside out, line or low-tumble dry, and never iron the embroidery.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
Every piece is guaranteed for life against faults in materials or workmanship. If a seam, zip, or fastening fails in normal wear, we will repair or replace it. Ordinary wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered — but write to us anyway and we will see what we can do.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Shipping and any duties are calculated at checkout for your destination.
