The pieces

Our pieces are made in considered production runs and restocked as availability allows. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment, and natural materials such as leather and merino carry minor variation as part of the product.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless stated. We may correct errors, and we may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or stock limits — and will refund any charge in that case. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we ship.

Payment

Payments are handled by our secure payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

Shipping timelines, returns, and exchanges are described on our Client Services page, which forms part of these terms. Unworn items with tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

The Pepper Ridge name, logo, wordmark, imagery, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Pepper Ridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
